Does Male Enhancement Really Work? - November 17th, 2011
Learn About Various Male Enhancement Methods and Which Ones to Consider
There are plenty of different options when it comes to male enhancement. You can do exercises on your own, you can opt for surgery, and you can even take pills or rub ointment on your genital part to try and induce positive changes.
That being said, are any of these options actually effective? Well, it depends. Some methods may have a positive effect, while others can even be detrimental to your health.
In this article, we’ll look at several different kinds of methods and let you know whether or not they are viable options to consider.
The FastSize Extender
You may have seen ads for this product in some sort of male-related magazine or elsewhere. The FastSize Extender is basically a device that you wear on your penis to increase its length and width.
Although many people often become very skeptical when they see a device and method such as The FastSize Extender, some studies have actually shown that it can be trusted. If worn regularly, the Extender can increase penis size by several inches and reduce extreme curvatures.
On the flip side, this device does cost about $300 at retail price and on most websites, so we wouldn’t recommend wasting your money unless you are desperate and truly gung-ho about getting help.
Also, we should note that The FastSize Extender is a rare breed in deed when it comes to effective male enhancement devices. For the most part, these types of devices are either scams or very unproven and shouldn’t be trusted. Not only that, but some may even disfigure your penis or degrade your sexual health to a worst state than it’s currently in.
Bottom line is this: Give The FastSize Extender a shot if things are really getting bad, but don’t trust any other penis device available on the market today.
The Surgery
Surgery can also help to lengthen your penis as well, as many of you may well know. Many of you may also consider this option the safest and most effective option available.
Not true. Many doctors, physicians, and health experts find penis-lengthening surgery to be a very controversial and risky procedure.
For the most part, this surgery includes cutting the suspensory ligament of a penis or injecting the penis with fatty deposits and cells in order to allow for extended growth. Although these are not complicated procedures, neither has proven to be effective nor safe in many cases.
In terms of the numbers, in one study, only one-third of men who opted for surgery saw a difference with their penis size – and that difference usually only amounted to about half-an-inch or so of growth.
So here’s the deal with penis-lengthening surgeries: You’re going to have to spend a lot of money for a risky procedure that may or may not increase your penis size….so look for another option if you can.
The Jelqing Method
If you haven’t heard of “jelqing” before, it’s basically the method of stroking your penis vigorously in order to “stretch” its size.
This method has proven to be VERY DANGEROUS, so don’t even think about trying it. It’s not effective, and most certainly not safe. Some men who have tried this method, in fact, have developed what is called Peyronie’s disease, which is a type of male enhancement disorder.
The Supplements
Lastly, you can always consider taking Viagra or other male enhancement pills as well. As for Viagra and other FDA-approved supplements, they are probably going to be your best bet when it comes to male enhancement treatments. Not only are many of these pills affordable, but some are also effective and 100% safe as well.
On the flip side, there are plenty of useless supplements out there as well that you should try and avoid at all costs. If they are not clinically-proven or don’t have a host of positive reviews attached to their name, they are generally scams or contain ineffective ingredients that will do you no good.
Concluding Thought and Recommendation
In summary, avoid Jelqing, and try to stay away from penis devices and surgeries if at all possible. That leaves us with only one feasible male enhancement option in male enhancement supplements.
And again, many of these supplements are filled with nonsense ingredients that are made to cheat customers out of their hard-earned money.
To avoid this outcome, pick a proven option such as Viagra or one of our favorites called Zytenz. Zytenz has been rated as one of the best in the business due to a powerful and patented blend that includes 25 male-enhancing ingredients.
With Zytenz, you can most certainly increase the thickness, hardness, and firmness of your penis at normal size and when it’s erected. On top of that, Zytenz contains no stimulants or other chemical substances that may cause bad side effects.
Also, you’re promised a 100% money-back guarantee with any purchase of this product, eliminating any leftover worries you may have about Zytenz. So without any risks to consider, you can go ahead and check out this amazing option by clicking on the link above.
Growth Hormone Therapy - October 14th, 2011

The human race would be quite feeble and weak if it weren’t for the hormone known as, HGH, or Human Growth Hormone.
HGH is the engine that keeps us kicking. In adolescence, it helps us to grow and mature. In old age, it helps us to stay younger, healthier and more energetic.
That’s why it’s never good if you find out that you’re HGH deficient.
In this article, we’ll go over the reason why people become HGH deficient and also talk about a few cures that are available today.
The Cause of HGH Deficiency
Now then, how about a little science lesson? If you didn’t know already, HGH is actually produced and secreted into our bodies from our pituitary glands – yes that small, pea-sized gland found at the base of your brain is the production center of healthy living.
For, oh about 50 or 60 years, our pituitary glands do a great job of secreting enough HGH that we can live and feel healthy. In rare cases, young children and teens may become HGH deficient due to a number of factors.
This is the main cause of dwarfism and stunted growth if the deficiency cannot be corrected. That being said, most HGH-deficient cases are found in those who are middle-aged or the elderly.
That’s because our pituitary glands, either because they are overworked after so many years or due to other factors, tend to shut down and/or minimize their production of HGH.
As a consequence, we often feel the aches, pains, and bouts of tiredness more frequently the older we get.
But luckily and due to science, there is help just a phone call or car drive away.
How To Find Out and The Injection Treatment
If you’re just starting to realize that your energy levels are decreasing, or perhaps that you’re starting to gain fat and shed muscle, these and other symptoms may be occurring because your body is beginning to lack HGH.
It can be hard to tell at times, but one great way to determine whether or not you’re HGH deficient is by taking the HGH deficiency test.
Yep, there is a test for everything. To learn more about this test, just click here, and you’ll be whisked away to a great article on WebMD that will give you the ins-and-outs of HGH testing.
So let’s say that you’ve taken the test and realize that you’re HGH deficient.
Now what do you do?
Well one option that many people often consider is that of an HGH injection treatment. These treatments are pretty simple. At a routine time during the week or month, you’ll go in and get an injection filled with artificial HGH.
After years of study, research, and tests, the skill of creating artificial HGH has been honed to an art form, more or less. That being said, artificial HGH has proven to be quite effective at performing the same functions that natural HGH does.
But if you find it worrisome that users are injecting high amounts of an artificial substance into their bodies, you’re intuition has served your well.
Although effective, HGH injections have not proven to be safe in many cases. Doses must be carefully monitored, or else overdosing can occur which often leads to problematic side effects.
Since there is a risk involved with HGH injections, we recommend an alternative to those of you who are HGH deficient – found in the form of HGH supplements.
HGH supplements
A newer, just as effective, and safer way of replenishing your HGH-depleted levels, HGH supplements are becoming more and more popular today – and for good reason.
Each and every HGH supplement is unique in its own way, but they all share the common goal of being what we call, “HGH releasers.” That’s because most HGH supplements don’t actually contain levels of artificial HGH.
Rather, HGH supplements contain ingredients which are designed to foster the secretion and release of HGH from the pituitary gland. Basically, it’s the idea that if the pituitary gland can’t do it on its own, we’ll find a way to help it out!
In this sense, since the natural process of HGH creation is not disturbed, HGH supplements tend to be much safer in comparison to an injection treatment.

Best Exercises for Weight Loss - October 11th, 2011
If you’ve been spending hours every week in the gym doing cardio and lifting but aren’t seeing results, then obviously something needs to change. We can’t expect to enter the gym, do the same routine, and expect to see different results the next time we look in the mirror. Even if you’re working out regularly, it’s important that you become educated on how to exercise effectively so you can make the absolute most out of your work outs.
Busting The “High-Rep” Myth
Many of us have been victims of the “high-rep myth.” We believe that doing countless reps with light to medium weight is going to get us toned, sexy muscles and help us breakdown body fat. But the truth is, doing endless reps with light weight is going to do little for your figure. No matter your gender, you should be lifting enough weight that you max out between 10 and 12 reps. Let’s take a look at a rep breakdown taken from the body bible at muscleandstrength.com:
• 1-5 reps = Strength
• 6-12 = Hypertrophy
• 12+ = Endurance
Yes, this is a rather elementary breakdown, but it gives you an idea of how your sets should be breaking down. As you can see, it’s between 6 and 12 reps that your muscles “hypertrophy” or increase their volume (don’t worry ladies, this won’t cause you to suddenly turn into the incredible Hulk).
However, this is only so if you’re lifting heavy enough weights. So drop the pretty girl weights and don’t be afraid to break a sweat to build some muscle. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you’ll burn throughout the day and the more tight and lean your figure will appear.
The Dead-Lift
The dead-lift is one of the most under-rated exercises among the workout community. This exercise involves standing on the ground with your feet should-width apart and lifting a weighted barbell off the ground to standing while keeping a flat back. Here’s how to dead-life in 5 easy steps:
1. Stand with the bar above the middle of your feet – your stance should be a bit more narrow than shoulder-width to give your arms room.
2.Grab the bar overhand so your arms are vertical to the floor
3. Bend through your knees until your shins hit the bar which must remain above the middle of your feet–shoulder-blades directly over the bar.
4. Lift your chest but don’t squeeze your shoulder-blades. Just pull your shoulders back & down, head in line with rest of your spine.
5. Pull – keep the bar close to your body, lift it over your knees and thighs until your hips and knees are straight and locked. Do not lean back at the top.
You can repeat the dead lift as many times as you’d like. Keep in mind the “high-rep” myth from above while completing all exercises.
The dead lift is so fantastic for those looking to drop body fat and tone-up because it works so many different muscle groups. The muscle groups involved in the dead-lift are: gluteus maximux, hamstrings, quads, adductors, abs, back biceps, hips, and forearms. If you’re looking for an all-over exercise, then the dead-lift is definitely it.
Pull-Ups
Pull-ups and their counterparts, dips, are fantastic exercises for the upper body. Pull-ups work the back, biceps, and forearms so you can look ripped from behind, and dips work the chest, shoulders, and triceps so you can look lean and sexy from any angle. If you aren’t quite able to lift your body weight in a pull-up then many gyms have assisted pull-up and dip machines that will counter-balance your weight with weight on the other end. Push yourself though, and do at least 3 sets of 10-12 reps. This should be difficult even though it’s assisted.
Squats
Squats are one of the best exercises to tone your entire leg because it works the most muscles and it works bit sets of muscles at the same time. Squats are done easily and can even be done while you’re waiting for your dinner to heat up in the microwave or while you wait for the show to heat up. Simply spread your feet apart (the wider, the more difficult) and dip your body to a 90 degree angle with your shins. Remember, it’s important to keep your knees pointing over your toes or you could potentially hurt yourself.
You can make squats a bit harder by holding dumbells or by holding a weighted (or non-weighted) barbell across your should blades as you bend and straighten. Once you develop the muscle in your legs, it will just be a matter of losing excess body fat before you can show them off.
Ready, Set, Go
Maximize your time spent working out by practicing the above-mentioned exercises in order to achieve a lean, toned body. Also, don’t be afraid to push yourself the next time you’re at the gym or working out on your own, lift more weight than you’re used to but be sure to maintain proper form to avoid injury.
Additionally, if you’re looking for a supplement to help you burn the most calories while you work out so you can reveal cut and toned muscles, then we’ve found that boosts your metabolism and gives you extra energy to complete your workouts is called Apidextra.
Apidextra even contains ingredients to help you build and maintain muscle mass so you can transform your body faster than you ever believed. As one of the best diet pills on the market, Apidextra can give you the energy, motivation, and confidence you need to stick to a regular exercise plan and help you reach your health and weight loss goals.
5 Ways to Burn More Calories - October 11th, 2011

Getting adequate amounts of exercise is essential for losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, sometimes simply going through the motions isn’t enough to keep your metabolism at its peak.
These small, simple adjustments can help you maximize your workouts and burn more calories – so you can slim down and tone up to get the lean, cut body you deserve.
1. Start Your Day Right
Even if you’re a fitness enthusiast, avidly hitting the weights right after work, if you want to burn those extra calories, try starting your day with a little cardio. Your metabolism is at its best during the beginning hours of the day, and by getting up a few minutes earlier, you can amp your caloric expenditure by going for a quick walk around the block.
Not only will you shed those extra pounds, but you’ll improve blood flow to the brain, so you can think faster and clearer during the day.
2. Switch it Up with Intervals
Keeping a steady pace may be a great way to prevent burning out by the end the day, but eventually your body will adapt, making your regular routine more of a quest for endurance than a fat burning, muscle building experience. To make the most of your workout, alternate between high-intensity cardio with moderate-intensity recovery periods.
Example: Start by warming up your muscles, then bump up the speed or resistance on a machine for 2-5 minutes. Return to your regular pace for 5 minutes, followed by an interval of short bursts and moderate pacing. Finish with a 5 minute cool down at a slow pace.
If you think your body is coping well with these intervals, then you can amp your workout even further by increasing speed while decreasing recovery time. So long as you’re allowing yourself at least 30 seconds of a moderate resting pace while alternating with more intense bursts, then you can keep your calorie burning engine revved and ready to go.
This method is especially useful for breaking through plateaus.
3. Bring a Buddy
You can make the most of your workouts by finding a friend, neighbor, or fitness partner that will not only cheer you on but push you to go further, faster, and longer than you previously thought possible. Make it a friendly competition and see who can bench press more or run a faster 5k. It’s easier to stay motivated when you have a friend with the same weight loss goals in mind, and having a good buddy to talk to can make workouts feel shorter.
4. Add Some Variety to Your Routine
Sticking to the same old machines day in and day out is not only boring but ineffective, often resulting in weight loss plateaus. Rather than turning each gym session into an agonizing 30 minutes of pain and boredom, switch it up by trying a new machine or new sport. Instead of casually jogging on the treadmill for the first 15 minutes of your workout, you can bump up the intensity by trying the elliptical instead. Learn to play tennis or soccer.
By incorporating new machines or new sports, you’ll not only burn more calories (because your body hasn’t adapted to the new motions), but you’ll keep workouts fresh and fun.
5. Dieting and Supplements
Although this may seem like a shortcut to weight loss, finding a quality supplement and incorporating a healthy diet can help boost your metabolism and shed those extra pounds. By eating healthy diet as well as regularly exercising, you can trigger your body’s natural fat burning fires to get that lean, cut look you’ve always wanted.
There are a wide variety of dieting programs and supplements available, making it easy to find a product that slides easily into your established workout routine. The African Mango Diet, for example, is one that has successfully helped many consumers reach their weight loss goals by boosting metabolism while suppressing appetite. Additionally, IrvingiaAppress comes highly recommended, backing each product with a money-back guarantee.
10 Foods to Speed Up Metabolism - September 9th, 2011
A slow metabolism can wreak havoc with your weight loss. It’s easy to get frustrated with your diet and want to give up—but don’t do it!
Having a slow metabolism doesn’t mean you can’t lose weight. You just need to reteach your body how to burn off calories.
Speed Things Up
This isn’t an impossible task, however. You can increase your metabolism—with food! There are foods and diet techniques you can incorporate into your routine to get past your slow metabolism and sneakily speed it up.
Speed up your metabolism with these tips:
1-Green Tea
Green Tea is full of antioxidants and helps increase your energy and your metabolism. Numerous studies on Green Tea have been done and have found that Green Tea is a safe and beneficial way to add nutrients to your diet and speed up your metabolism.
2-Berry Mania
All kinds of berries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and any other berry you can think of, are full of fiber and many antioxidants. Berries are a naturally sweet snack and are great for speeding up your metabolism.
3-Fish
Fish, and salmon especially, have high amounts of protein and essential fatty acids like Omega 3. Your body needs the essential fatty acids to properly digest food and get the full amount of nutrients out of the food you consume.
Adding salmon, or other fish, can help you speed up your metabolism naturally.
4-Almonds
Incorporating snacks into your diet help you keep your metabolism active and working hard. But the kind of snacks you choose plays an important role in how fast your metabolism works. Almonds are the most nutrient-packed nut and give you healthy calories, lots of fiber, and Vitamin E and can help increase your metabolism.
5-Celery
Whether you’re eating Bumps on a Log (celery with peanut butter and raisins), dipping celery in hummus, or eating it plain, celery is very good for your body and your metabolism. When eaten by itself, celery actually uses more calories to burn it off than celery puts into your body.
6-Cold Water
Because water is found in such high concentrations in your blood, brain, muscles and every part of your body, water is great for your body in general. Water increases your metabolism, gives you energy, keeps your skin healthy and glowing, and helps you lose weight.
7- Oats
Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but what you’re eating for breakfast is also extremely important.
Don’t cheat and do the quick, high-sugar, high-calorie instant oatmeal. Get the good old fashioned rolled oats to give you extra fiber and other nutrients to wake up your metabolism and get it working nice and strong.
Plus, with its high fiber content, oatmeal can keep you full longer, to keep the hunger and cravings away.
8-Cabbage, Broccoli, and Cauliflower
The cabbage family of vegetables is another super snack to have around when you need something in your belly. These vegetables are full of nutrients and vitamins, and especially fiber, so your body takes longer to digest and break down these healthy vegetables.
9-Apples
Don’t just have an apple a day, have as many apples a day as you want. Apples are full of nutrients and fiber, not to mention they are delicious, and can actually help you eat less at each meal. Add more apples to your meals and you can really increase your metabolism rate.
10-Spice it up!
Hot and spicy foods are actually really good for all kinds of systems in your body. Cayenne pepper, green chili, and any other spicy food is great for heating things up in your body which can help you burn off more calories by raising your temperature. It’s also a great way to improve your cardiovascular system and help your heart function more efficiently.
Blast Past Plateaus
Don’t get too frustrated if your metabolism isn’t exactly where you want it. Change the way you’re eating and your body will change how it reacts to those foods. Keep at your diet and exercise and you’ll plow through those plateaus.
If you really want to kick you metabolism up, try adding a healthy, natural weight loss supplement. One of the best weight loss supplements we could find is a mixture of African Mango and Green Tea by IrvingiAppress.

The Muscle-Building Diet - September 9th, 2011
In order to gain weight in the form of solid muscle and jaw-dropping power, you need a diet specifically targeted to repair muscles.
Muscles need help to heal quickly from the vigorous weight training you put them through in your workouts.
Weight Training
When you’re pumping iron, you’re literally ripping up your muscles and pushing them farther than they might want to go. To compensate for this muscle reaction, you need to give your body the proper fuel so it can heal and regenerate and actually build and grow the muscles you’re working so hard to create.
Here are the top 5 diet tips to help you create the body you want!
1. Consume More Calories Than You Burn.
This may sound strange, but when you’re trying to build muscle, you’re trying to gain weight. It makes sense to consume more calories. In order to get the proper muscle-growing power you need to figure out how many calories you’re burning, and consume more than that.
There are mathematical calculators you can use that take into account your age, height, weight, sex, and level of activity, so you know what you’re burning, and what you need to consume.
Your body can handle building about a half pound of muscle a week, so you need to keep this in mind when planning your meals and calorie intakes.
2. Eat Protein.
Protein is part of every single cell of your body: muscles, connective tissues, and enzymes. If you’re trying to gain muscle, you need to take in about 1.2 grams of protein a day.
The focus should be on lean meats like chicken, fish, cottage cheese, lean red meats, or egg whites.
The best time to eat protein is before, during, and after workouts. This might not always be possible (gyms might not be too happy with you pulling out fish to eat in the middle of the weight training floor), but there are many shakes and proteins available to help you get the protein you need.
3. Enjoy Your Carbohydrates!
Carbohydrates provide the fuel you need to build in your workouts. They give you energy, sustenance, and can give you fiber and other nutrients to stay healthy. Get your carbs by fruits, vegetables, and any whole grains. Aim for about 275 grams of carbs a day.
4. Eat Fat.
Yes, you read that right. Not just any fat, however. You want essential fatty acids that will help improve your nutrient absorption, give you more energy, and help you maintain good moods. The kinds of fats you want to go for are the kinds found in avocados, nuts, pumpkin seeds, salmon, and other fish.
5. Water, Water, Water.
Water is absolutely necessary in large quantities for building muscles! Water cleans out the toxins flowing through your body and can help you metabolize fat faster. For the serious muscle builder, you should plan on drinking at least an entire gallon of water a day! For muscle building your body needs it!
Our Recommendations
Be patient. Don’t expect dramatic results over night. Work steadily and you’ll start seeing noticeable changes. In order to really build muscle and bulk up, we’d recommend adding a muscle-building supplement like HGH.
The best HGH supplement we could find is Secratatropin HGH. This supplement is the most powerful HGH supplement you can get without a prescription. With Secratatropin HGH you can gain more energy, strength, endurance, and more sexual vitality. If you’re serious about building muscle, add Secratatropin HGH to your regimen.
Best Safe Fat Burners - May 25th, 2011

Everybody wants to be physically healthy and attractive. Looking good just happens to be a nice bonus to being in good shape. With the society we live in and the speed at which it operates, more and more focus is put on quick, easy (unhealthy) meals, which give people the perfect recipe for weight gain and health apathy. How can you counter that?
There are hundreds of supplements to help health-driven people burn fat and get into shape. These substances assist the body in building new muscle, burning old fat, and boosting personal health. That is why they are called supplements: they are only meant to assist in the process. OxyELITE Pro is a good example.
OxyELITE Pro Fat Burner
This supplement functions as a thermogenic fat burner, meaning it creates heat (that’s body speak for “Let’s do something!”) This makes it easier to get out and exercise and it also quickens metabolism so your body gets to work toning itself down. However, it is not enough to just pop a couple of capsules and sit on the couch with a bag of chips. People using supplements have to give it something to work with, namely eating healthy and exercising regularly. No matter which supplement is being used, it is always important to be eating right.
Weight Loss is More Than Pills
A lot of people will point out that eating properly and exercising regularly is all that is needed to get into shape, but they are mistaking diet pills for magic pills: substances like OxyELITE Pro do not take the place of a good diet; they take it to the next level and increase the benefit of healthy practices. Fat burners work like an accelerant. When you have a bonfire, the wood will burn just fine if you light it with a match. When you pile newspaper around the wood first though, the fire burns bigger and brighter and faster. This is what fat burners do for you; they accelerate the rate that your body burns up that fat, while urging you to exercise more.

Our Top Fat Burner Pick
Our number one recommended fat burner is LipoFuze, which provides a one-two punch of increased metabolism and burning existing fat. LipoFuze is a product geared specifically to losing weight and replacing fat with lean muscle, which is the best kind to have. To begin seeing these benefits in your workout, buy LipoFuze today.
Are There Affordable Diet Pills That Actually Work? - August 6th, 2010
You get what you pay for. That’s what they always say. And there are plenty of diet pills out there that seem like one hit wonders, or they just don’t work, and yet they charge you a fortune. So while we know that they will charge more than $5 for any diet pill that actually works to make a profit, you cannot automatically count on those that are more expensive. So how do you know which diet pills actually work?
There are a number of diet pills that actually work. You actually have more choices than you may be led to believe or you may believe considering your past experience with many different diet pills. When it comes right down to it, you will find that there are diet pills that stand to a higher quality of being. And they are often more affordable than those diet pills that do not actually give you any results!
These diet pills take advantage of the fact that many of the best diet pill ingredients are actually cheaper than you may normally think. Many of the best diet pill ingredients like green tea may be more expensive when you buy them. But when they buy them in this kind of bulk, they spend pennies, literally pennies to get the right amounts. And yet most do not give the right amounts ironically. The diet pills that actually work bother spending a few more pennies while still making a rather significant profit for their efforts.
Healthy Fat Burner - August 30th, 2009
Out of all the all natural fat burners that are out there I have found one that is truly all natural. All of the ingredients found in this capsule are items that can be found in any grocery store. The Applied Nutrition Natural Fat Burner is made up of 7 common ingredients. They are green tea, pomegranate juice, cranberry, blueberry, cinnamon extract, grapefruit extract, and noni juice. You wouldn’t think that these ingredients had the ability to help you lose weight. However each ingredient has its own special use towards weight loss.
Green tea raises your metabolism, lowers blood sugar, helps you to feel less hungry, reduces cravings and is overall filling.
Pomegranate juice encourages weight loss, boosts metabolism, increases energy levels, and reduces constipation, gas, bloating and fatigue. Pomegranate also helps promote younger looking skin and improves mental clarity.
Cranberry helps to detoxify your body and speeds up your metabolism.
Blueberry is a good source of antioxidants which is helpful to weight loss and is also a good source of fiber.
Cinnamon helps to combat insulin resistance, which helps your stomach in the correct storing of fat in your cells.
Grapefruit block enzymes in fat and carbohydrate storage, speeds up metabolism, and has high water content.
Noni juice increases energy levels and helps to curb food cravings while filling you up.
It is actually amazing how these 7 common ingredients can help your body burn fat without harming your body. And if you didn’t want to take a pill you could always buy these items and make yourself a smoothie.
Lazy Ways To Lose Weight - August 6th, 2009
If you want to lose weight and you are lazy, there are a few basic facts to consider. First of all, it’s really hard to lose weight by doing nothing, unless of course you have a disease. Otherwise, it’s basically impossible. Plus if you lose weight by dieting alone without exercises, you really aren’t going to sustain that weight loss if we’re being completely honest about things in general. But realistically speaking, the first thing to do if you are this lazy is to cut your calories and keep them down. You are probably eating more than you should and just dropping 300-400 calories could help. But more realistically you should cut it in half and try to eat nutrient dense and nutrient dense foods for the most part to help you. If you were more active, you could eat more. But obviously you’re not. Second, cut out sodas and other major junk foods. Sorry, but you’re not burning that many calories. So if you want to be lazy, you have to make some serious diet changes. And no, this does not mean drinking diet sodas. Those are actually worse for you in so many ways. It means completely cutting out sodas. And finally, if you can manage it, fidget in just about everything you do. These little movements will at least burn a few more calories. These are all the lazy ways to lose maybe a few pounds.
